Terms and Conditions
Orders:
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions.
You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details you provide on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been entered correctly
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by a buyer and will not be required to provide an explanation. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stock items and on the understanding that Twang Guitars is not held responsible for any loss or delay arising from contingencies beyond its control. You will be issued with a electronic receipt to your email address as soon as you have placed your order.
All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Twang Guitars reserves the right to amend it's prices at any time. You will be issues with a electronic receipt to your email address as soon as you have placed your order.
Force Majeure:
The company shall not be held responsible for any liability to deliver in consequence of war, changes in fiscal policy, strikes, lockouts, fire, breakdown or any other contingency beyond our control
Website:
We make every attempt to ensure that the information portrayed on the website is accurate at all times. However, images of goods displayed may differ slightly from the goods received. All images, product information and delivery of the goods on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All designs and images are copyright of Twang Guitars and cannot be used without prior permission.
Shipping:
Any dates quoted for shipping of the goods are approximate only and Twang Guitars shall not be held liable for any delay in shipping of the goods however caused. Twang Guitars does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Some of our products are ordered from our suppliers. On occasion there may be delays in production or delivery that are beyond our control.
Twang Guitars therefore reserve the right to revise delivery dates in the event of such circumstances.
In such cases the customer will be notified immediately of any delay to the anticipated delivery time and given the option to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.
Notwithstanding the rate of delivery provided for, in relation to the transaction, no guarantee or warranty as to the rate or time of delivery is given or implied.
The headings of this Terms & Conditions Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by a partner of Twang Guitars, the below Terms & Conditions apply to all web orders placed with Twang Guitars.
An order for goods placed by you, the buyer through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
Repairs:
All Repairs done on any item must be collected within 60 days of their completion unless other arrangements are made and agreed in advance. Items not collected in this 60 day period will be disposed of as the company thinks fit.
Deposits
Any deposit taken on any item by Twang Guitars shall last 60 days.
Any item on deposit shall shall remain the property of Twang Guitars until the transaction is completed and the account is settled.
If you the buyer does not complete the transaction in this time the deposit will be retained unless other arrangements are made and agreed in advance.
Shipping:
The cost of Shipping includes both Post and Packaging. That is to say the cost of time and materials as well as postage relating to having an item shipped out.
NOTE: Our miniumum shipping rate for all orders is £1.00
Where possible, we use Royal Mail's parcel service as the preferred method for shipping. (Any claims for freight/shipping damage must be made with the appropriate shipping company.)
Twang Guitars delivers to mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Europe, Canada & USA as well as parts of Asia & Australasia. If you live outside of the these areas and would like to purchase any of our products, please contact us using our Contact Us Page
Allow up to 7 working days for deliveries to mainland UK (During the Christmas period, please allow an extra few days.) Ireland (Republic) - 10 days, Europe - 10 days, USA & Canada - 14 days and Asia & Australasia - 14 days.
Our Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 10 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and you must notify us within 10 working days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them.
In the event of an order being incorrect, we will be happy to exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the incorrect item back. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization by Twang Guitars
If authorised, goods are to be returned within 30 days of the order date. Return shipping costs are calculated using the lowest available shipping costs.
Credits are processed upon confirmation by our suppliers that the goods have been returned. Allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. (No cancellation of goods already in transit can be accepted. If the client should refuse these goods on arrival, the client will be responsible for the cost of two-way carriage and any lose of profit incurred in the resale of the merchandise.)
